Booking Deposits
The services will be paid for in full booking deposits require 50% of the service value, this amount is then deducted off your total invoiced amount.
Late Cancellations
Late cancellations are costly to our business, Please note we require at least 24 business hours notice if you wish to cancel or re schedule as we have prioritised your appointment by turning away appointments for others. All late cancellations will attract a 50% fee of the full-service value.
Late Attendance Policy
Late arrivals are costly to our business. If you arrive late your appointment, where we have been unable to perform all services associated to your appointment. 50% of booked service value will be charged.
Salon Etiquette Policy
We are passionate about customer service and value your experience with us. The treatment of our staff and the fulfilment to their workplace is important. Therefore, any form of abuse or threats will be taken seriously and will not be tolerated. We kindly request that you respect our team, their skill, professional advice and maintain realistic expectations. In the same way that, we respect you.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods and services that are displayed on our site and in store at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods and services are as accurate as possible.
